- Understand and assess the manpower requirements of the client by aligning with the HR department and the Technical Heads, and gaining a thorough understanding of the Company's Business and its competitors..
- Execution of the sourcing process to generate a pool of prospective candidates that match your requirements via our inhouse database, head-hunting, networking, advertisements and references.
- Generating a Shortlist for the client by scrutinizing and analyzing hundreds of resumes of prospective candidates, that go through multiple filters and telephonic interviews. The final Shortlist is forwarded to the client.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews of the shortlisted candidates as per the availability of the Interview Panel. On request of the HR, our on-site representative would also attend the interview, to aid in coordination and getting a firsthand knowledge of the client's interview process.
- Seek feedback of the Interview panel, and form a consensus on the next course of action based on a joint assessment.
- Inform each candidate on the outcome of their interview.
- On request of the HR, we conduct Reference Checks on selected candidates.
- Negotiate salary and date of joining (DOJ) and effectively mediate between the client and Candidate until DOJ.
